At Bambino Mio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
